Hi everybody,

After a couple weeks in Europe and back home in Canada, I’m now back to my apartment in New York City. The podcast will pick back up, and I’ll get back to sharing more advice and interviews on Instagram and Linkedin.

My Favourite Role of the Week

This week my favourite role is Director of Game Operations for the Bloomington Bison in the ECHL.

Now, if you have’t heard of the Bison - that’s probably because this is their inaugural season. They will serve as the ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s New York Rangers and the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack, playing out of Bloomington Illinois.

Why is this my favourite role of the week? Running game operations for a brand new team means a ton of opportunity, and an entirely new fanbase and market to convince becoming Bison fans. I think this role would be a blast.
